Immunization Clinic 4/4/2024

The Upper Missouri District Health Unit will be at the Alexander Public School on Wednesday, April 10th, 2024. They will be providing immunizations for students.

Consent forms must be returned to Nurse Heen by Tuesday, April 9th!

If a parent has not been contacted by Nurse Heen via phone, letter or email, AND provided a signed consent form, your child will NOT be receiving immunizations.
