Welcome to the Second-to-Last Week of School, Comets!
Can you believe it? We’re already in the final stretch of what’s been an incredible and eventful school year! From academic achievements to unforgettable extracurricular moments, this year has truly flown by. Let’s finish strong and celebrate all that we’ve accomplished together!
First, a huge shout out and welcome back to our amazing Mock Trial team! Last week, they had the incredible opportunity to travel to Phoenix, Arizona to compete at the national level. What an outstanding achievement! We are so proud of your hard work, dedication, and the way you represented our school on such a big stage. If you're a high school student who's passionate about law, debate, or public speaking, and you’re interested in joining the team next year, be sure to get in touch with Mrs. Severson. Now’s the perfect time to start preparing!
This week also featured one of our favorite spring traditions — the Annual Spring Concert! Held on Tuesday, it was an absolute joy to see our student musicians and performers showcase their talents. The growth and improvement from the start of the year to now was truly inspiring. Bravo to everyone who performed and to the music department staff who made it all possible!
As we head into the final days, don’t forget to clean out your lockers and start wrapping up any outstanding assignments or projects. A little organization now will go a long way in making the last week stress-free and smooth.
Let’s keep up the momentum, support one another, and end the year on a high note. The countdown is on, Comets — you’ve got this!
