Students in Grades 6–12 are reminded that Finals Week begins Monday, May 18. The Lewis & Clark Trail Museum has graciously opened quiet study areas FREE of charge for APS students preparing for finals. Students may utilize:

As we begin preparing for the next school year, we are excited to share updated elementary teaching assignments. These changes were made thoughtfully to best support student learning, staff strengths, and the continued growth of our school community.

🥤 POP TAB COLLECTION RETURNS!

Our pop tab collection competition was such a success this year that we are continuing it again next school year!

Students may begin collecting pop tabs over the summer.

🏆 The homeroom that turns in the most quart-size bags of pop tabs by August 27 will receive a special prize!

Additional prizes will also be awarded throughout the school year.

All pop tabs will be donated to Ronald McDonald House Charities to help support families with children receiving medical care.

🚗 DRIVER’S EDUCATION – FULL

Driver’s Education at Alexander Public School is officially FULL.

Requirements:

✔️ Must be 14 years old

✔️ Must have a valid driving permit

✔️ Must attend class daily

📅 Classroom Dates: June 22 – June 26

⏰ Time: 8:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Mr. Allard will serve as the instructor this year and will schedule behind-the-wheel instruction individually with students and families following classroom instruction. More details will come out in the first week of June, including driving schedules, driver's education fee, curriculum, Alive at 25 presentation information (scheduled for June 25), etc.

A waiting list has been created for any additional interested students.
