Alexander Public School has 14 students in grades 7–12 preparing for our regional drama competition on November 4, and we could use a little community help!

We are looking for:
White paint—if you have extra left over from a project, we would love to put it to use!
Three hinges for our set.
Three white button-down shirts for costumes.
Three light-colored vests without logos (matching)—similar to an office supply store employee’s uniform.
Drama club shirts—we welcome suggestions for affordable printing options or anyone interested in helping sponsor shirts for our students.

Alexander Public School now requires completion of the Emergency Contact Form and Handbook Acknowledgment through the Rank One app for student participation in sports, extracurricular activities including Drama, Speech, Lego League, FTC, Student Council, Mock Trial and the senior trip.

An email has been sent to all parents of students participating in extracurricular activities for Fall 2026. Please follow the instructions outlined in the email.

Students are NOT allowed to travel without all items completed.

In coordination with the McKenzie County Sheriff’s Department, Alexander Public School District is releasing the following information to ensure our families and community have accurate information regarding an incident that occurred Friday evening.
On Friday evening, a purse containing a firearm was found on school grounds by a school staff member. The purse was immediately secured, and law enforcement was contacted.
At no time was the firearm used or displayed. The situation was handled promptly in accordance with school safety procedures.
