Due to a planned water outage within the Alexander city limits tomorrow, October 2nd, there will be no school school. The outage is planned for 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. within the city limits. An announcement will be made at a later date regarding the make up day due to this cancellation.
Grades 4,8, and 11 will be taking the North Dakota State Science Assessment on October 23rd and 24th. If you have any questions please contact Miss Hansel at the school.
All the fundraising items that were ordered through the elementary fund raiser will be in on Monday Oct 1st. Please make arrangement to pick up your student if they have a large shipment.

Due to the demeanor of the day, I have chosen to cancel coronation this morning. We will crown the King and Queen at half time of the varsity football game this Saturday. I have made this decision on behalf of our students. Leslie McDonald.

A parent letter was sent home today with the youngest child of each Alexander School family. I chose not to use the mail for time sake. The elementary & high school has recently had cases of Hand, Foot & Mouth Disease. An information sheet will be sent home with elementary students and is available on our website and phone app under documents. Reminder to all Parents: Friday September 7th is a regular day of school. All students are required to attend.
