The Leadership class is coordinating a gift exchange in the high school. Students who wish may bring a gift to exchange on Friday. Junior high students will exchange with junior high students and grades 9-12 will exchange with each other.
Tonight at Alexander School is the Christmas concert at 6:30 in the new gym. The Leadership class is collecting non-perishable items for a food drive and FFA is hosting a pie social. Purchase a slice or a whole pie. We look forward to seeing everyone tonight!
The Junior High Girls Basketball game scheduled for today, December 18th, has been cancelled.
Alexander Public School's Winter Christmas concert is Tuesday, December 19th at 6:30 pm. The FFA members will be having a pie sale starting at 6:00 pm. All members are asked to bring at least 2 pies.
Please return any gifts purchased for the Giving Tree to the school no later then Monday morning, December 18th.

There will be a mandatory parent meeting for the Alexander Youth Wrestling on Thursday, December 14th at 7:00 PM. Items for discussion are club rules, fees and expectations. Students planning on wrestling must have information sheet and waiver forms turned in to Mrs. Simonson prior to the beginning of practice.
MOVIE NIGHT - The Leadership class has planned a movie for all students at Alexander School. Doors will open at 5:30 with the movies starting at 6:00 p.m. The movies being shown are Over The Hedge, Paul Blart, Mall Cop, and The Zookeeper. Families are invited to come. Snacks will be available for purchase. We hope to see you there.
Both junior high girls and boys basketball will be playing tonight starting at 4:30pm. This is a change to the boys basketball schedule. The boys game scheduled for Tuesday, December 12th is rescheduled for tonight.

The 9th grade Leadership class is sponsoring a food drive this month. There are donation boxes at Country Cafe, Post Office, the bank and the Hiway as well as school. Donations will be accepted until Dec 19. Please consider donating as this will be distributed locally to families in need.
FFA students & parents are reminded that registration for Winter Leadership is due Tues, Dec 5. Any questions can be sent to Miss Johnson.
The Little Caesar's orders are sorted and ready to go. Any student who submitted an order can take them home today or if there is a parent that can pick them, please do so.
The Little Caesar's pizzas will be delivered tomorrow morning. All orders will need to go home tomorrow.
