Good afternoon, elementary parents, The elementary basketball season for boys and girls in grades 4-6 will begin on Wednesday, March 5th, from 4:00 - 5:20 PM, followed by a parent meeting at 5:30 PM. Due to low participation in the girls' program, all girls in grades 4-6 will practice and compete together this season. However, because of high participation in the boys' program, it is likely that only 5th and 6th graders will compete in games, while an alternative plan will be developed for 4th-grade boys. Coaches will provide more details after the first practice once the final numbers are confirmed. Thank you for your support, and we look forward to a great season!

The boys basketball team will be playing on Tuesday March 4th at 4:00 for their last district tournament game. Students will be dismissed at 2:45 to attend the boys basketball game; if your child will miss school on Tuesday to attend the Boys' Basketball District 5 tournament in Williston, please notify the school to confirm their absence. These will be marked as extracurricular and won’t count against attendance. A list of excused students will be maintained, and attendance will be checked at the game. If a student doesn’t arrive, the absence will count per policy. Unverified attendees will be documented and handled accordingly. Contact the office with any questions.
