Flag Football will begin on Tuesday, September 2, right after school at the Alexander City Park. Practice will finish at 5:30 p.m., followed by a parent meeting at that time. Practices will be held every Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday after school until 5:30 p.m. A game schedule will be sent home on Tuesday. We are also looking for volunteer coaches for grades 1 and 2. If you have any questions, please contact Michelle Simonson at the school.

Reminder that there is an early out at 1pm tomorrow, Friday the 29th. Breakfast and lunch will be served and buses will run.

The Comet Fitness Center is NOW open for members! Beginning Monday, hours are 4:00 PM–7:00 AM on school days. When school is not in session, open 24 hours. Closed during school activities. Thank you for your patience during the construction process!
The Comets' Fitness Center has reopened for the members. Starting Monday, the Fitness Center hours will return to school hours. 4:00pm-7:00am, on school days. and open 24 hours when school is out. The Comets' Fitness Center will also be closed during school activities.

Welcome to the 2025-26 school year! Join us on Tuesday, August 26th, 4:00-6:00 at Alexander Public School. Use the Comet Fitness Center doors.
There will be a 6th grade orientation at 5:30. Location is TBD.

🔥 Community Fundraiser for the Stacey Mrachek Family, August 23rd at 6:00pm 🔥
On July 9th, Stacey Mrachek and her children, Jace and Ella O’Brien, lost their home and everything inside to a devastating house fire. They are currently living in a camper and working to rebuild their lives after also losing their beloved family dog, Max.
💛 How You Can Help:
➡️ Join Us! Saturday, August 23rd at 6:00pm at the Alexander Fire Hall for a free-will donation spaghetti and Alfredo dinner. A silent auction will also be held, with all proceeds going directly to the family.

Junior and senior students who are planning to participate in a cooperative work experience MUST turn in their paperwork prior to leaving for work on the first day of school. It may be emailed to Mrs. Faller or dropped off at the school as well.
