Greetings! I am sending a reminder that juniors will be setting up prom on Thursday and possibly Friday of this week and we will tear down on Sunday. We request the help of parents and guardians. Also, we are collecting baking items for Alexander Foundation Banquet basket. Remember that the money raised is given back to the school in some capacity and will benefit your students. https://5il.co/3cs6m The Alexander High School Student Council is holding a fundraiser golf scramble on May 17th at Fox Hills Golf Course in Watford City. Please contact Mrs. Severson to sign up a team or to donate door prizes.


If you have signed your student up to attend HI-5 on Friday and they will need the bus to or from, you MUST contact the office no later than Wednesday. You will also need to notify the office if your child will be riding the bus to someone else's house no later than Wednesday. *** STUDENTS WILL ONLY BE PICKED UP OR DROPPED OFF IF A PARENT HAS NOTIFIED THE OFFICE.***


Three B’s photography will be on-site to capture photos the prom attendees, ensuring that all students can fully enjoy the evening without distractions. Please refer to the flyer for what they offer. We kindly ask that you refrain from bringing camera equipment to prom to take pictures. You are welcome to take snapshots of your child prior to prom and during the Grand March. Students may sign up for a time slot for photos with Mrs. Severson.
We appreciate your cooperation in making this a memorable and seamless experience for everyone.


Golf Practice starts Monday, April 7th. Transportation will be provided every day, and a golf meet schedule will be handed out at the first practice.
Golf practice is scheduled for every day school is in session.
Practice will be after school until approximately 6 pm when athletes are able to practice at the Fox Hills Golf Club in Watford City.
When the weather doesn't allow us to be outside, practice will be held at the high school in Alexander until 4:45 pm.

APS will be offering Driver's Education again this summer. Students MUST have their learner's permit prior to the start of the class and MUST attend all sessions of the class. Please contact the office to be added to the list; a waiting list will also be available. If you have any questions contact Mrs. Faller.

Letters and a list of examples were sent home to parents regarding the Alexander Foundation baskets. Please contact me if you your student did not bring you one. The juniors are doing a baking basket (just like we did when they were 8th graders!) this year and the items are due on April 23rd.

Due to incoming weather APS school will not be in session on April 31st. The make up day will be May 23rd.
