AHS has three seniors with legislation that passed the Youth Leadership Initiative's E-Congress. The YLI creates a mock national House of Representatives, where students research and write their own legislation. They then act as congressional committees and review and vote on bills from schools around the nation. The bills that pass the committee phase are sent to the House floor where all students nationwide vote to pass or fail each bill. This is a huge accomplishment! Congrats Ladies!
